My mother & I would outside sit in the sand by The Ritz Carlton, on the beachfront & also where she worked for "fun."

I would read Erotica Novels by the author Anais Nin "Ladders to Fire" & "Tristessa" were favourites by Anais.& dream about my life in Kalamazoo..

Downtown I would eat an ice cream cone & shop for books.
